The SWIFT FJE-5-40-OT-E hydraulic filter equivalent is a 40 micron sintered stainless steel fiber felt element built for high-pressure, high-temperature service. Its sintered 316 stainless steel fiber felt stands up to collapse pressures as high as 4500 PSI without deforming. It removes 99.9% of contaminants at the rated micron size (Beta 1000).
The FJE-5-40-OT-E measures 2.34″ OD, 1.5″ ID, 9.735″ tall, and has a single open end. With no elastomer seal to limit it, the sintered metal element takes -40°F to +500°F. Manufactured in the USA. ISO 9001 certified.
